Warranty and Returns 

All merchandise sold are furnished with warranty by manufacturer.  Warranty periods range from 90 days to five years.  If you have questions on any particular item please drop us a note to info@sousley.com.

Merchandise that failed upon arrival will be replace immediately.  Original shipping method will be used at no additional charge to customer.  The replacement merchandise will prompt a new charge on your credit card.  The merchandise amount plus your return shipping cost (via ground or USPS parcel) will be credited when the defective merchandise is received providing that the returned merchandise was not misused, abused or damaged.  Shipping damage claims will be handled by the responsible carrier.  

Our return policy is simple.  The purchase price for merchandise is fully refundable provided that the item is returned with all the pieces in new condition.  So please keep all the bags and twist ties and remember how the
merchandise was packed.

Shipping charges in delivery of the merchandise to you and the cost of returning the merchandise to us are non-refundable.  Merchandise returned in less than perfect condition will have to be sold as used and the amount of refund will be discounted accordingly.  Since Sousley Sound & Communications has to resell the merchandise we will have the sole discretion in the valuation of returned merchandise.
